Stop paying $25/hour for work a $20/month system can do.
We design, build, and run AI automations for small businesses: email triage, customer replies, paperwork, follow-ups. Built in accounts you own, tested against your live data before go-live, and monitored so nothing fails silently.
Credited toward your first build. If nothing clears the bar, we say so and stop.
We publish what we measure, including the number that doesn’t flatter us.
Fourteen days of autonomous email triage on a live inbox. Not a demo, not a projection. The system read the body of every message, not just the sender, and filed, flagged, archived, or escalated it.
It also failed. Roughly 15% of scheduled runs died silently with nothing to tell anyone. We found it, closed it, and now we alert on the run that never happens, not just the run that errors.
That rule exists because we got burned without it. On our own operations, before any client’s.
None of this needs a new hire.
The inbox is triaged twice a day, by you
Once before opening and once after closing, because nobody else can tell a customer from a coupon.
The same details get typed three times
Into the CRM, into the form, into the invoice. Each one a chance to get a digit wrong.
After-hours leads wait until morning
Some of them wait. The rest call the next business on the list.
“Handled” means whoever saw it first
And nobody can say for certain that it was handled at all.
A filter rule from 2021 quietly stopped matching
Nothing broke loudly. Things just started slipping through, and it took months to notice.
Another admin costs $3,000+ a month
And most of what they would do is sorting, routing, and re-typing.
What this needs is a system with judgment, one that reads the message rather than the sender, and knows the difference between a customer and a coupon.
We don’t sell templates.
Every agent and workflow is designed to the business it runs in. The process is productized: intake, audit, build checklist, handoff. You get speed and a system shaped to how you actually work.
Inbox & email operations
Your mailbox reorganized, then run by an AI that reads the body, not just the sender, and files, flags, archives, and escalates. Shared inboxes included.
Customer service agents
A chat agent answering from your own FAQ and resolved tickets. Anything sensitive escalates to a human. Anything that moves money needs approval.
Document & form automation
For any role that re-keys the same data across many documents. We measure time-per-file, automate the re-keying with verification, and measure again.
Marketing & content ops
Content batching, scheduling, review requests after every job, monthly reporting. The marketing that only happens when someone remembers.
Inventory & owner alerts
Stock thresholds that trigger reorder lists and text the owner before the Friday rush. First step is a feasibility check on your POS data access.
Custom workflow automation
Lead routing, missed-call text-back, invoice chasing, report generation, data moves between systems that don’t talk. If it’s repetitive, it’s a candidate.
Start from your business, not our service list.
Most owners don’t arrive thinking “I need email triage.” They arrive thinking “I’m drowning in the inbox every morning.” Find yours.
Restaurants & food service
“We ran out of it again on a Saturday.” Stock thresholds, reorder lists, and an owner alert before the rush instead of after it.
Inventory alerts →02Insurance agencies
“The same client data gets typed into four forms.” Re-keying automated with verification against source data, compliance surface scoped first.
Form automation →03E-commerce & online retail
“Where is my order, forty times a day.” A chat agent answering from your own resolved tickets, with human approval on anything that moves money.
Service agents →04Real estate & lending Soon
“Every file is the same twelve fields, again.” Paperwork automation for transaction coordination.
Talk to us →05Clinics & practices Soon
“Reception is buried in scheduling and reminders.” Intake and follow-up handled, with a human on anything clinical.
Talk to us →Six rules we do not break.
Each one exists because we got burned without it. None of them is a preference.
Built in your accounts
Your platform, your keys. We hold least-privilege access. Cancel any time and keep everything, working.
Shadow mode first
Five to seven days against live data with zero writes. Our last shadow run caught two defects before they reached real mail.
Reversible by design
Archive and label, never permanent deletion. Thirty-day recovery on everything the system touches.
Human gates on money
Anything financial requires human approval with an audit trail. The system is built without the ability to send.
Monitored, always
A run that never starts writes no error, so we alert on absence. This is the rule we learned the hard way.
One owner per workflow
No tool soup where three systems fight over one inbox and nobody can say what did what.
